They sucks but I hope it works. I did the low carb low fat deal for 3 three year. I lost 70 lbs, I put it all back on when I started driving.

I’ll be back Jack. To be certain. I’m only three days into this thing and I’m starting to feel a bit of an effect.
A big part of FPR’s return will be a strong pact between myself and my wife over what time of the week will be dedicated towards processing the show. And we’ve started the discussion, haven’t really agreed on anything but we know this is something we’ll have to nail down. Part of the reason I’ve been able to send out stuff to other podcasts this week is because I’ve been doing a lot of my relaxation stuff at work and Lonna’s friends are still coming over to fill out unemployment… So I’ve been in the basement messing around with stuff.
But yeah, don’t even question that this show is coming back. And hopefully you’ll still be around to help. *lol*
